CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No cancellations are allowed on custom orders once the order is placed. In case of any exception, we will give a credit to a customer for a future order. In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment orders that contain products from NYC Reno; the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
WHAT IF MY SHOWER DOOR DOES NOT FIT?
Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the glass you’ve ordered does not fit, where it’s too big for opening or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or entrances. So, when you order your glass, it’s important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible.
CAN I MAKE UPDATES OR CHANGES AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
Yes. You have 72h to call us and update your order configuration, including size of the handles, additional towel bars or height of you shower. After 72h We will not be able to make any changes to your order.
DO YOU OFFER TREATMENT ON THE GLASS?
Yes. We do offer a treatment on the glass, (shower guard) the warranty for it is 10 years.
