SHIPMENTS/DELIVERIES:
Customers not in ProHouz LLC Shower Doors delivery region will be subject to minimal freight charges. Geographic areas outside of ProHouz Custom Shower Doors delivery zones will be F.O.B.
CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY:
Orders cancelled while in any stage of production shall be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Defective material only will be subject to return.
ALL FRAMELESS units are custom-made and will not be eligible for return due to the individualized design of each enclosure.
WARRANTY:
ProHouz warranties our frameless shower door to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year. Liability on any claim of defective design and workmanship is limited to the replacement of defective material only. Damage attributes to abuse, misuse, careless, handling, alterations, improper installation or maintenance, discoloration or stain due to improper water chemistry or accidental damage are not covered by this warranty.
Hardware Warranty.
ProHouz warrants that for a period of three (1) years following the date of sale , ProHouz Shower Door Hinges are warranted against material defects and defects in workmanship. All other Shower Door Hardware is warranted for 1 year from date of sale. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by ProHouz prior to providing a remedy for the warranty claim.
This Warranty will not apply if, after inspection by ProHouz, it is determined that the Shower Door Hardware has been installed and maintained in a manner that is not in conformity with the instructions and guidelines set forth by ProHouz for proper installation and maintenance.
This Warranty is exclusive, and ProHouz makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall ProHouz be liable under any legal theory (including but not limited to contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or warranty of any kind) for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to lost profits).
