5. Custom Orders & Payments
- All shower doors and glass products are custom-made to order.
- A deposit is required before any order is processed.
- Once fabrication begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded or returned.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion or prior to installation.
6. Measurements & Accuracy
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements they provide. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided measurements. Final measurements should be verified by our team prior to fabrication.
7. Installation Terms
- The installation area must be fully prepared and accessible.
- All tile work and finished surfaces must be complete before installation.
- An adult (18+) must be present during installation.
- Delays caused by site conditions may result in additional charges.
8. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty as described on our Warranty page. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or maintenance, structural issues such as shifting walls or improper construction, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately to hardware and materials.
